About Me
I have always had a love of animals since very young.  I owned cats and rode horses, but was never allowed to own a dog.  I adopted Toby from The Blue Cross and my love of dogs grew from there and I knew I wanted to work with them. So I completed an intensive training course at a busy grooming salon in 2014 and opened The Pooch Parlour on Britannia Road in 2015. The building let me down though, it was so damp and cold that I decided to move premises last year and in September mover to a lovely space on Yates Lane where I am very happy and hope to stay for years to come.

I love my job!
The Pooch Parlour has gone from strength to strength and I am very proud of what I have achieved. The Covid lockdowns were hard, but we survived and are looking forward to meeting more pooches and their owners.
